FAQ

What do you provide?

• a 4'x4' pen
• unlimited timothy hay
• fresh greens daily
• litter box & litter, blankets, bowls

What do I need to bring?

• Pellets - Since rabbits have sensitive digestive tracts, we ask that you provide the pellets your bunny is used to eating.
• Forms - Click the "Forms" tab at the top, print and complete the forms before you come if possible.  If you don't have access to a printer, no worries! You can fill it out when you arrive. 

What are your hours?

• Daily 9:00- 5:00

Where are you located?

• We are less than a mile from  the Publix at 4401 Shallowford Rd, Roswell, GA 30075

What do you charge?

• $30/night single bunny
• $40/night bonded pair
• $50/night bonded trio

How do I reserve a spot?

• Please call/text to check availability before booking a stay 470-781-4711.  If there is space available, you will make the payment here on this site to reserve your spot. Click the "Book a Stay" tab at the top.

What if I need to cancel?

• Cancellations are allowed, but there will be a cancellation fee of 10%. Please keep in mind that we hold the pen for you upon payment and turn away other customers who need a spot. We also need to cover PayPal fees on all incoming and outgoing transactions. 

Do you require the RHDV2 vaccine?

• No. This is subject to change, as we follow the Georgia Department of Agriculture's guidelines.

Does my bunny need to be spayed/neutered?

• Yes. This stops spraying and aggressive behaviors.

Is this a large operation?

• No, we only have 7 pens, ensuring that each bunny who stays here gets plenty of attention and is spoiled appropriately!

Do you provide grooming services?

• No, not at this time. Just boarding!

Will someone be there overnight?

• Yes, always.

My rabbit is sick. Can they still stay at Binky's?

• No. We do not want to risk spreading contagious illnesses to the other bunnies boarded here.  Your vet may be able to board your rabbit.

Will you provide medication?

• Possibly. Please call so we can discuss the request. If your rabbit has been sick in the last 30 days, please make other arrangements.

What if my bun needs medical attention while I am away?

• Before boarding, you will sign a form stating whether or not you approve the use of the veterinary care if required, and will state the dollar amount that is the max to be paid to the vet.  In addition, Binky’s will charge $50 for each visit to the veterinarian’s office.  
• If a vet visit is required, we will contact you immediately, and will be in constant contact with you to provide updates and ask your permission before any treatment is provided.
