BB's did a great job watching my Buns! She was attentive, respected my wishes, each bunny had enough space to hop around, had a good feeding schedule, and gave him some playful stimulation.

I appreciated her sending me pictures and videos of him 1-2 xs a day so that I could see how he was doing.

Suzie is a life saver! It was hours before my flight to an 8 day vacation when my regular boarding house told me they couldn’t keep my bunny. My husband and I loved binkys boarding. Suzy did such an amazing job taking care of our hedwig. We were having a few tummy issues with him the weekend before our trip and She gave daily updates on how he was doing and the status of his poops. That right there showed me all I needed to know. She's very caring we got daily videos and I'm so glad hedwig had such a good time. Thank you so much Suzie you were amazing and I really appreciate you taking on our particular situation. This review is very overdue but I just wanted to say that Suzie gave the very best care of George and Nova last month while I was traveling between states to ultimately move to my new home in Georgia. I wanted to make sure that after all the air travel the rabbits had to do that they would be in a place that made them feel comfortable and safe. Suzie went above and beyond to make sure that they had plenty of room and had a lovely enclosure with enrichments. As the other reviews have mentioned, the only personal item needed is your rabbit's pellets that should last the entirety of their boarding. I chose Binky's Boarding because it seemed like the only place that really showed personal attention which was important to me while I was away. I am always nervous about leaving my daughter’s rabbit, but they did a phenomenal job. The facility is safe, immaculate, and entirely bunny-proofed.
