Emergency Medical Treatment
Please note that Binky’s Boarding is covered by PetCare Insurance with commercial general liability coverage, which covers up to $1000 in veterinary expenses for each occurrence. However, you will be responsible for all charges over $1000 as well as a $100 fee to be paid to Binky’s for each trip to the vet. If medical treatment is needed, I will make every effort to contact you and keep you informed.

I will make my best effort to use the vet you select. However, if an emergency arises and your preferred vet is not available, another vet will be used. An emergency vet may be used if an emergency occurs after hours.

I agree that I am financially responsible for any medical treatment my pet(s) receives as a result of a medical emergency. I understand there will be a $100 charge by the boarder for taking my pet to the vet.
